Driving from West/POS via Eastern Main Rd (EMR)

 

Get onto the Brian Lara Promenade/Independence Square. Drive in an easterly direction towards the St Joseph Flyover (also known as the NP Ramp). Stay to your right. You will approach a pair of traffic lights - stay in lane with the one on the right. Follow the road onto EMR (there will be signs to direct you). If coming before 9 am, you will have to divert onto Old St Joseph Rd from EMR.

 

There is a big blue sign that will direct you. If feeling unsure, follow the traffic until it diverts onto a back road. This back road is Old St Joseph Rd. Follow the road all the way to the end and turn right onto Leotaud St and straight across  EMR into Fernandes Business Ctr.

 

If coming after 9 am, continue along EMR from St Joseph Flyover. Drive until you see a yellow building and sign with the words "Humming Bird White Oak" approaching on your left. Fernandes Business Ctr is directly opposite. If you arrive at Morvant Junction, you have gone too far. The compound is surrounded by a grey wall with grey fencing. When you turn into the compound, you will find parking in the grassy area approaching on your left. We are in building 7 diagonally opposite. Come up the first set of stairs on the left side of the building and press the S2 button on the intercom.

 

 

Driving from West/POS via Churchill Roosevelt Hwy (CRH)

 

Take the exit to Barataria from the CRH. Turn left at the roundabout onto Eastern Main Rd (EMR)/CRH Link and get in left lane. Continue on road to 2nd traffic light. Just before that 2nd light (@ Morvant Junction), turn left onto the Eastern Main Rd. Fernandes Business Ctr will be the 2nd entryway on your left opposite a yellow building with "Humming Bird White Oak" signs on the outside.

 

When you turn into the compound, you will find parking in the grassy area approaching on your left. We are in building 7 diagonally opposite. Come up the first set of stairs on the left side of the building and press the S2 button on the intercom.

 

 

Driving from East via Eastern Main Rd

 

Drive along EMR until you get to Morvant Junction. Up ahead on your left you should see the beginnings of Fernandes Business Ctr. The compound has big grey buildings surrounded by a grey wall. Continue along EMR past Morvant Junction. Fernandes Business Ctr will be the 2nd entryway on your left opposite a yellow building with "Humming Bird White Oak" signs on the outside.

 

When you turn into the compound, you will find parking in the grassy area approaching on your left. We are in building 7 diagonally opposite. Come up the first set of stairs on the left side of the building and press the S2 button on the intercom. 

 

 

Driving from East via Churchill Roosevelt Hwy (CRH)

 

Exit CRH via Barataria Flyover. When you arrive at the roundabout, go around and continue straight along the Eastern Main Rd (EMR)/CRH Link to Morvant Junction. Taking public transportation from West/POS

 

When you get to City Gate, hop on an Arima bound "red band" maxi taxi. These maxis can be found in either lane 2 or lane 5 depending on the time of day. Make sure to ask the driver before hopping on if unsure. Get off at the 3rd traffic light just before Morvant Junction.

 

On the same side that you hopped out,  turn left into Fernandes Business Ctr. We are located in building 7 which is the 2nd building on the left after entering the compound. Come up the first set of stairs on the left side of the building and press the S2 button on the intercom.

 

 

Taking public transportation from East

 

Hop on any City Gate-bound red band maxi taxi (MAKE SURE THAT THE DRIVER IS NOT STOPPING SHORT). Upon approaching Morvant Junction in Barataria, up ahead you should see a cluster of big grey buildings surrounded by grey walls on both sides of the bus route. This is Fernandes Business Ctr (FBC).

 

Get out at the next set of traffic lights after the junction. Cross the road and enter FBC on that side. We are located in building 7 which is the 2nd building on the left after entering the compound. Come up the first set of stairs on the left side of the building and press the S2 button on the intercom.
